Being grounded means feeling balanced regardless of what is going on around you.

It’s being in touch with the present moment, feeling at peace and light, and remaining in your own energy.

It’s similar to a tree with deep roots in the ground. It will not, under any circumstances, fall.

This Slow Sunday Circle will help you feel more grounded by using tools and exercises based on Mindfulness and coaching methods.

Getting together matters

During this time, we can all use a little extra affection. There are still mild to strict restrictions on Covid in many countries. That means social distancing, not engaging with a lot of people. And that while interacting with others is good for your mental health.

Because of all this, we can all benefit from the principles of slow living. Whether it’s for the world, for others, or for yourself, it ultimately makes you a little happier.
